Speak Low is our decaf option - a beautiful coffee from multiple producers via our friends at the Monkaaba mill in San Augustin, Colombia. This coffee is processed with Ethyl Acetate naturally derived from cane sugar, which produces an incredibly high quality decaf coffee with loads of sweetness and a delicate acidity.
